1:1 Creative Counseling
with Hannah Frances

Creative Counsel sessions are an opportunity for one hour of individualized support with your artistic journey—everything from creative project planning, development, feedback and accountability, to music career guidance, and emotional support. Together we can clarify your vision and connect to your core purpose—finding a path that brings vitality and ease into your work.

As a working artist, I am passionate about subverting urgency and pressure within the creative process, and allowing the artistic life to be one of deep connection and integrity.
I'd love to be a helping hand, a sounding board, and a mirror of your greatest strengths.

Hannah Frances

Musician, Composer, Poet

Hannah Frances (b. 1997) is an acclaimed musician, composer, poet, facilitator, and creative counselor. She lives in the woods of Vermont and loves 70’s progressive rock.

Her calling to be of service is the bedrock of her work—from her ongoing studies in the healing arts and psychology, to her work as a professional artist and facilitator. Receiving accolades from NPR, Pitchfork, The Guardian, Paste Magazine, Stereogum, and more for her albums Nested in Tangles (2025) and Keeper of the Shepherd (2024), Frances has a decade of experience as a recording artist, touring musician, collaborator, and interdisciplinary creative force.

In 2023 Frances founded Collective Cadence, a community center fostering creative and spiritual connection. In tandem, she led her first guitar workshop Open Tunings as Emotional Landscapes, and launched her private Creative Counseling practice, where she has spent years working privately with artists to develop clarity of vision, intention, and creative purpose.

Her upcoming workshop Landscapes of Song will run from March 1 — 22 online. Register here!

“Finding your way as an independent artist can be so daunting and isolating, and this is why Hannah’s work is so essential. Enlisting Hannah’s services sharpened my own creative vision, and it allowed me to finally bring to fruition a project I had spent years working on. Hannah provided much needed structure and guidance to get my work to the finish line, and as a multifaceted creative herself, she has a unique and expansive ability to bring out the best in your artistic work. Her creative consultations have been invaluable to me as an artist releasing music for the first time, and I couldn’t recommend working with her more highly.”
